Pinnacle (JLL)

PROJECT:
The Pinnacle, formerly known as Pinnacle at Tutwiler Farm, is a 75-acre, 644,000 square feet, $100 million lifestyle center located in Trussville, Alabama, which was spending $99,955 annually on energy to light the facility and over $12,000 annually to maintain the lights.

SOLUTION:
LED Solution’s performed all of the front-end leg work at no cost to JLL, or the owner, to identify savings, environmental impact, and quantify the enhanced lighting through an LED upgrade.

Following the upgrade, the property has more consistent lighting and footcandles throughout the property increasing safety and the customer experience within the shopping center.

As important, the LED upgrade reduced annual energy costs by $73,000, eliminated lighting related maintenance, and created an 800,000 lb reduction in Greenhouse Gases.
